Drama Club

Liberty Bell students have been active participants in full-scale production for a number of years. Traditionally, junior high students in drama club produce a play during fall or winter quarter, and the high school production occurs in the spring of each year. Previous performances have been The Canterbury Tales, All the World’s A Stage, Macbeth, Lost in Space and the Mortgage Due, Bulldog Saves the Day, Twinderella-The Musical, and Dressed to Kill. The junior high play scheduled for fall, 2007 is called Unwrapped by Charlie Lovett.

The purpose of the drama club is to provide opportunities for students interested in acting and the technical aspects of theater. The drama club meets in the fall of the school year to select and cast the high school production. Meeting times and rehearsals are announced at that time. While there are no dues, each student is asked to purchase his/her script.

We encourage all who are interested in theater to join the drama club.
